The architecture of Villa Kalliopi appeals to the senses, stimulates perception and a kind of intelligence that is not exclusively intellectual but is directly linked to emotions.
The design was based on Cycladic architecture associated with style, comfort and elegance, respecting the natural environment. In this way, the buildings blend into the landscape through the use of natural materials and earthy colors.
It offers magnificent views of Kommos beach, Mount Psiloritis and the traditional settlement of the area, for you to enjoy while relaxing by the pool and in the exquisitely designed outdoor areas.
The tranquility, the lush garden with the aromatic herbs of Crete, the flowers, the trees, the fireplace make it the ideal accommodation to enjoy in any season an unforgettable Aegean island vacation.
Villa Kalliopi is 156 sq m, built in 2 levels with excellent quality materials.
On the ground floor there is an ergonomically designed open plan space with a fully equipped kitchen directly connected to the dining room and a bar where drinks, refreshments and sweets are available on request. You can enjoy the beautiful view together with an atmospheric fireplace and satellite TV in the living room. On this level you will also find a separate bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower.
The villa features an advanced clima system (heat pump and fan coil) that will make your stay comfortable in terms of temperature regardless of the season.
Under the covered terraces you can enjoy your meal or breakfast at the wooden monastery tables overlooking the hills, the sea and the settlement of the area.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a bathroom with bathtub and a large terrace with unlimited views. The mattresses of the beds as well as the linen (towels, sheets, bathrobes, etc.) are products of the well-known company coco-mat.
All furniture is handmade, unique pieces, designed and made with care, exclusively for this project.
The private pool with dimensions 9m x 3.90m and a depth of 1.40m is ideal for endless moments of relaxation, sunbathing and contact with nature listening to the rare bird species of the area. It also features umbrellas, loungers, bath towels and a beautiful garden with traditional Cretan herbs.
Upon your arrival a welcome basket with local products awaits you at each villa.
The villa offers underground private parking and can accommodate 2-6 persons.
