Listaros is a complex of 3 independent luxurious villas -Elaia, Myrsini and Dafni- with private swimming pools, situated in the beautiful environment of a quiet hill-side, an ideal place for relaxation with an amazing view to the sea, the mountain and the sunset in a distance of 100m from the traditional village Listaros in Southern Crete. Each villa is set in its own private plot of 600m².
Villa Elaia has a size of 120 m² and it lays on three levels. It is furnished and decorated with authentic pieces of furniture in combination with a careful selection of modern ones, in order to allign quality with comfort.
In the outside area there is a swimming pool, a BBQ area, a huge garden and a private parking.

For reservations cancelled 30+days prior to arrival date the cancellation fee is 30% of the total amount of reservation.
For cancellations 29-15 days prior to arrival date the cancellation fee is 50% of the total amount of reservation.
For cancellations 14-7 days prior to arrival date the cancellation fee is 70% of the total amount of reservation.
For cancellations 6-0 days prior to arrival date or non show the cancellation fee is 100% of the total amount of reservation.
