Layout & Sleeping Arrangements

Built on one level for easy access, the main house is bright, modern, and designed with comfort in mind—luxurious without losing its natural harmony.
The villa comfortably accommodates families and friends and offers a total of 3 bedrooms.

Main house: 2 bedrooms, open-plan living area, fully equipped kitchen and dining, plus an additional bathroom (WC with shower).

Separate guest bedroom: 1 bedroom in a building just behind the house with a private en-suite bathroom—perfect for extra privacy.


Inside the living area, you can unwind on the spacious sofa, enjoy the working fireplace on cooler evenings, or watch a movie on the large Smart TV.
The kitchen is a true highlight: plenty of workspace, quality appliances, and a generous dining table where meals often turn into long, relaxed evenings.

Outdoor Living: Saltwater Pool, BBQ & Sunset Lounge

At the heart of the outdoor space lies the impressive 50 m² saltwater pool (approx. 1.5 m depth), a natural-feeling alternative to chlorine—gentle for skin and better for nature.
Comfortable sun loungers invite you to slow down, read, swim, and watch the sky change color at sunset.

Right in front of the villa, you’ll find a shaded outdoor dining area for up to 8 guests, plus a modern BBQ (gas & charcoal)—ideal for long summer lunches and relaxed evening grilling.
The villa sits on a generous 8,500 m² private plot, offering quiet corners and sitting areas throughout the garden for complete relaxation.

A Special Extra: Friendly Farm Visit & Fresh Bio Produce

A truly memorable addition to your stay is the small farm just a 5-minute walk from the villa.
Guests are welcome to visit and meet the animals—goats, rabbits, and poultry—and children especially love feeding time.
With Michalis’ help, you can even observe (or try) milking the goats.

If you wish, you can enjoy fresh goat milk delivered in the early morning, and you’ll receive a key to the chicken coop gate so you can collect
fresh eggs yourself—perfect for a healthy holiday breakfast.

On the villa’s own plot, depending on the season, you may harvest organic garden goodies such as leafy greens and herbs
(including diktamos, kritamos, oregano, mint, rosemary, and more), as well as figs, grapes, lemon,s and oranges.
Help yourself—everything is grown naturally, with nothing more than water and sunshine.
